We are not general builders trying to be a ‘jack-of-all-trades’. We are a specialist loft conversion firm with a wealth of experience of building loft room in all types of houses. Once the design is finalised we give you a fixed price for completing the work and there will be no hidden extras; the price we quote is the price you pay!
We can provide the full package from initial consultation, through the design and council applications, and on to the successful completion of a quality finished loft room(s) with bathroom where required. We offer a complete first class professional design package included in our price that covers all the aspects of the required design; it takes the stress away from you and gets you the results you want.
All our design work, including structural design, is carried out by us and is not subcontracted out to other firms. Alternatively, if you have already commissioned drawings, we can work to your own designs.
All our staff are highly skilled craftsmen selected not just for their competence in their respective trades but also for their ability to work properly in other people’s homes. We always treat your home with the utmost respect and take every possible precaution to prevent damage and disruption.
We control and manage the work and make sure that when the building inspector makes one of his statutory inspections all the items due for inspection are fully complete and ready. On completion we arrange for the building inspector to make is final inspection and issue the council’s completion certificate.
